As one myself, all the time. When it’s busy obviously not, but there is lots of downtime. The reality of the situation though is that if OP were to run a shop he would be very busy with logistics, hiring, keeping up with market changes, coordinating with other owners in the area, keeping the place up to code…
I think owning a coffee shop for the community is a much more achievable and realistic goal than moving to the country to farm, but it smells of the same kind of “grass is greener” energy.
