Only semi-related, but Intake Breathing strips have been life-changing for me, even if expensive I find it worth it and just hope their success would lead to competition and price decrease.
- Lutzb 3y agoWhich strips do you use? The ones that go on the nose or the strips that go inside?
- rngname22 3y agoThere are strips that go inside? Intake is a specific brand, its a reusable magnetic plastic band and little adhesive strips you put on either side of you nose with the little piece of metal that the magnetic strip attaches to. Seems to be less harsh on the skin than the breathe-rite strips and also much stronger of an effect of pulling the nostrils open. Intake goes on the outside.
