    It's probably not a copyright violation because it's too simple, and not a trademark violation because it's for a different sector. Hence, just "bold choice". But it's also not just a straight line: it's a thick, monochromatic straight diagonal from bottom left to top right, over a white square. It was immediately recognizable to me as another brand, and that's not what you want for your logo.
