The Zojirushis look really nice, but I struggle to imagine what the functional differences are to an Indian stainless steel 'whistle' pressure cooker? Given sufficient heat, I can reliably cook any form of rice to perfect fluffiness with five whistles, and it takes less than 20 minutes.
