Anyone know why Japan went all in on these electric rice cookers while in India everyone still uses a basic gas pressure cooker? It can't just be the economic disparity.
- callalex 3y agoUntil fairly recently (and sometimes still), electricity could be fairly unreliable in many parts of India.
