- capableweb 3y agoNot everyone is using CloudFlare's DNS. These archive links work perfectly fine for me and I'm happy people post them.
- rkagerer 3y agoYeah. They seem to work for me, too. There was a few weeks where one of my devices got trapped in the loop gp described and it was very frustrating. I am not using Cloudflare DNS.
- fragmede 3y agoWhat DNS are you using?
- vfclists 3y agoI changed my DNS and it seems to work now. I will try again from another system to see if it still works. Thanks.
- pipes 3y agoGenuine questio what do you mean? I find them very useful. As in they work. Are you seeing something else?
- capableweb 3y agoThere is a feud between CloudFlare and the person/people running Archive.is/ph, where they blame each other for X, and people using CloudFlare's DNS gets sent into some redirect loop or something when they try to access the website. - https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=19828317 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=19828317 "Tell HN: Archive.is inaccessible via Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1)"
- pipes 3y agoThanks
- unstatusthequo 3y agoUse NextDNS, makes DNS life better
- dustincoates 3y agoI (and some others I know) have had myriad problems with NextDNS. I switched to ControlD a few weeks back, and it's working well so far.
- Rewrap3643 3y agoNextDNS works fine for me.
- vfclists 3y agoFor those downvoting, this won't help anyone the same problem to discover a potential solution. So do vote it up.
