- dotcoma 3y agoWhy should I downvote you? Not even sure I understand your comment. In any case, I have made significant lifestyle changes. I just don’t believe in the “no pain, no gain” mindset. Push yourself, but not so hard that it feels like hell - this is my 2 cents’ worth.
