It seems to me it does: With PAE Windows can use more memory. This extra memory can be used to allocate the 512mb chunck. Can you clarify?

- tankenmate 15y agoIt's a VM (mapping) issue not a RAM (free memory) issue.
- 4ad 15y agoAlso, with PAE, each process gets the same 32 address space as before.
