It is important to me. For many years I thought that if I'll make it I will do such and such.... About 10 years ago I realized I didn't make any meaningful change so I decided to leave a very high salary in the AdTech business to the BioTech world, I make a lot less but my expertise really do make a change (small one, but it is something)
