Food is expensive and you will not be able to live off the land. How does one get enough food and heat to survive while living on Marie Byrd Land? Croatia controls Gornja Siga. Lagoan Isles is a pretend place definitely under English control. Bir Tawil is a tough place to live, like Marie Byrd Land but easier to survive. Good luck finding water.
