- LinuxBender 3y agoPerhaps I missed it in their documents, but what levels of Manganese are they suggesting? There are plenty of supplements that can be safely used at higher dosages for short periods of time but Manganese has some extremely serious risks that come from a buildup in the brain and it varies wildly by person, age, liver health, diet, etc... There are a couple of people here on HN that take higher doses but were advised to do so by their doctor.
