I'm not doubting you, but I would love to have more evidence on that insolvency thing. I'm Gen X, and my rule of thumb is that whatever nice thing there is, I will be there just in time to watch the Boomers pull up the ladder behind them. A bit like the drinking age dropping to eighteen, then, when they had aged out of it, voting it right back up to twenty-one.
