It's tough. A vast majority of the time the doctors are right about recovery, and the family is wrong, and optimistic to a delusional degree. It's hard work telling family how bad things really are. Still, if something happens to me or loved ones I hope I get doctors who can distinguish between zero and one in a thousand.
