Hi, I'm an Engineering Manager for a tech non-profit (Medic.org) with offices in Nairobi, Dakar and Kampala. We're hiring for several software developer positions which you can find here: https://medic.pinpointhq.com/en#js-careers-jobs-block https://medic.pinpointhq.com/en#js-careers-jobs-block. These roles are Individual Contributor roles, and I'm not quite sure that's what you're looking for. I can say the impact we are creating is huge and a big driver for me and my teammates. Being here, we know our skills and time are being used for something that really matters. If this sounds like a good match to you, please share your email so I can reach out directly. Thanks
