- gambiting 3y ago200kg is not going to make any measurable difference in how long your tyres last. My other car, Volvo XC60 T8 is a PHEV and is 400kg(!!!!!!) heavier than the equivalent petrol-only model. Yet my first set of tyres lasted 30k miles - how much longer do people expect tyres to last?
