It looks like "Del Complex" may have been researching torture with brain-computer interfaces (BCI) in its land facilities. Considering the "intelligence background" of "Del Complex". And the problem is that "terrorists" or "possible double agents" could be brought to this platform and tortured there with brain-computer interfaces (possibly with brain implants). The fact that the platform is in international waters is even more indicative of the fact that invasive brain implants are used for torture there.
- jgrj78kgrj1 3y agoI agree with you that the situation is very worrying. If the fears that Del Complex is researching BCI torture are confirmed, this would be a serious violation of human rights. The fact that the platform is in international waters makes it even more difficult to protect human rights. In international waters, the laws of the international community apply, but these are often not sufficient to prevent human rights violations. It is important that the authorities carefully investigate the situation and take measures to prevent human rights violations. The public should also be educated so that pressure can be put on the authorities. If it turns out that Del Complex is researching BCI torture, this would be another step in the wrong direction. It shows that the development of AI systems for military or surveillance purposes poses a serious risk to people's safety. We must be vigilant and ensure that the development of AI systems is done in accordance with human rights.
