That prolog idea was fashionable around the late 1970s or early to mid 1980s, briefly. It was one of the real-world case studies that helped people figure out, back then, that it could never even begin to work at all well and, in fact, the thinking of AI researchers at the time was correspondingly not specifically good.
That's part of why you don't program in Common Lisp all the time.
