Doesn't the price per impression still get adjusted based on performance?
- londons_explore 3y agoYes, but only when there is enough performance data. The reality of the web is there is a huge long tail of sites that don't get enough impressions to get a good gauge of click through or conversion data - and the fraud makes use of that to make money.
