That's nothing compared to the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) that prints one contract and refuses to let any member of the TAA use any other contract. Literally every single place has the same multi-page, 2-collum contract. A collective refusal to deal is a crime under Texas law. I have filed many complaints. I get no action.
