Ask HN: Who has the most progressive terms of service?

I'm looking for some example terms of service that I can start with for my user generated content website. What companies have readable, not-overly-broad TOS that I can use for inspiration? Is there a UGC equivalent of the MIT license somewhere that is just a no-brainer?
