What's the point in WFH if only some people do it?
- sanderjd 3y agoThat you have access to different kinds of people who are able to work in their preferred way and live in their preferred location. I think this is a huge benefit. What are the odds that all the best matches for your company happen to live within an hour's drive? And that all those people happen to be their happiest and most productive coming into an office every day? The odds of that are zero. But it's also a trade-off. It's a big benefit, but it also comes with a lot of downside.
