I didn’t know you could use tablets as a mouse, very interesting
- adrian_b 3y agoTo be used as a mouse, the tablet must be switched from the default "Absolute" mode to the "Relative" mode, when the tablet mimics a mouse. This can be done by a script automatically executed at power-on, which may also choose how the buttons should behave, if you do not like the defaults. For instance, for my Wacom stylus I set the tip to be left click, the first button to be right click and the second button to be double left click. Actually doing double click with the stylus buttons is more inconvenient, so it is more comfortable to map the single click on some button as a double click.

- quectophoton 3y agoYea I use it in absolute mode and it works nice. I didn't even know it could be configured to a relative mode, and at this point it would be confusing for me, but it could help others get used to it better since "what's intuitive" is different for everybody. (P.S.: I apologize for other unanswered comments in the thread; I can't reply anymore because of how many days have passed since.)
