My personal view is that most of these problems are downstream of a failure to build housing.
- userinanother 3y agoNot all, lots of issues with private equity buying up all the childcare centers. Lots of regulatory burden and generally occurring at a time in people’s lives when they are low on the earning cycle
- ajmurmann 3y agoYeah, I'm sure the facilities alone cannot be cheap and all labor costs more because they can't afford housing either. Build! Build! If the moon doesn't hit it it's not too tall!
- gamesbrainiac 3y agoI agree that housing is a part of it, but I think time is a bigger factor.
