I type like a toddler, hunting and pecking and completely ignore home row. I am very fast at this and can do it with my eyes closed. I’ve never had the slightest bit of issue even though I’ve been using a computer daily for 8+ hours every day for 30 years. Home row typing is bad for your wrists.
