3 ms·Are you able to pay US-level hourly rate?by zerr 3y agoAre you able to pay US-level hourly rate?ttoinou 3y agoI'll always compare the output (productivity) to the input (pay) !zerr 3y agoAnd then compare that ratio to someone from Portugal or eastern Europe who charges 5x less?ttoinou 3y agoWhen you factor in communication skills, english language, work culture etc. (they all impact the productivity), I doubt the difference is really as high as 5x
