US leadership was literally asking for this.
- qualifiedai 3y agoUS leadership seems clueless and they just fell for regulatory capture. Regulate AI applications, not fundamental research in it.
- __loam 3y agoI mostly agree but it is rich considering datasets like LAION were built for research yet are the bedrock of billion dollar companies now.
