Also, laws are merely words printed on paper, not spells that magically compel people to follow them like some believe.
The thing about a general strike is it's everybody, including the police unions that would otherwise be enforcing the law.
- aksss 3y agoSo it would be unenforceable because the enforcers would be on strike, right? But what's illegitimate about Taft Hartly though? I guess I read your statement as saying that the law as written is illegal or unconstitutional. Curious about the reasoning there. Is it an appeal to natural rights?
