- foobarbazooka 3y agoA “silly indulgence” indeed. Oh, I’ve been guilty of similar stunts, as a teenager in the webmaster era. Pairing needed utility with that one deliberate absurdity they’ll never forget. Thus exorcising the ghost of professionalism. Happy Halloween!

- 1letterunixname 3y agoThat is my thought. Some people take themselves too seriously and just suck at life. Then there is the culture of "no" who tell everyone else what they can't do or can't think, and attempt to control people as perfunctory automatons who must bend to their illiberal, intolerant worldview. Easter eggs, art, and comedic flair should be encouraged. (Sad clippy made me laugh.)
