I also hate that I have to choose. I purchased 10mg caffeine gummies and was optimistic, but, like you, even if I have two at 7am I feel the effects at 11pm when trying to sleep. I wish I could alter the amount or intake mechanism and be fine, but it’s fundamentally what happens once it’s in my bloodstream.
