What I don't understand from this plan is who's managing asking people for peer reviews? There's mention of peer review curation services, but how will that work?
- murphyslab 3y agoOne element of the plan is to excise that responsibility from the journals, splitting the roles of peer review editor and curation editor. A peer review editor would work as part of an arXiv / bioRxiv / medRxiv / eLife type platform where submission and peer review would take place.
