Tiny11 core, a Windows 11 mod that only requires 3GB of disk space
- LinuxBender 3y agoWhere is the source code that was used to build this? Why is the app still only hosted on archive.org?
- DiabloD3 3y agoWhoever wrote that article is bad at writing. If you want to make the ISO yourself, https://github.com/ntdevlabs/tiny11builder https://github.com/ntdevlabs/tiny11builder

- teabee89 3y agoThis will build tiny11, not tiny11 core.
- LinuxBender 3y agoWhere is the source for tiny11 core?
- DiabloD3 3y agoHmm, you might be right. NTDEV needs to do the git push dance, coulda swore he did already.

- brink 3y agoIs there a mod that makes it so the Win11 volume bar doesn't freeze up the computer and take 5 seconds to load? For real though, this is awesome. I really wish Microsoft would get back to their roots and make a "lean" Windows again. They've lost what made their OS great - being a platform for potential, a barebones box that you got to make your own by filling it with what you wanted and it never got in the way of that. Nowadays there's so much clutter, it no longer feels like it's "mine".
- chfritz 3y ago3GB = tiny? LOL. For comparison, a "mini" ubuntu image if 87MB (https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-mini-iso/daily-live/current/ https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-mini-iso/daily-live/curren...).
- vitorgrs 3y agoTiny11 is not an official version, lol. Technically saying, the smallest Windows version is updateOS, which is about 70mb (good luck doing something useful with that). Fun fact: In updateOS there's a Segoe UI Mono font, which I believe you won't find anywhere else.
