My first thought when reading the headline is that I'm ok paying for most personal things if I get to work remote as it means I'm more likely to work remote. Obviously the company should be supplying laptop, monitors, etc, but unless I'm going through an egregious number of pens, paper, etc, I'm completely ok supplying it myself.
