- simiones 3y agoThis seems very much US specific. In many other places, EVs are still 2x-3x the cost of ICE cars.
- falcolas 3y agoThey're comparing base trim for the Model 3 with the average price paid across all ICE vehicles. It's a useful thing to note, but it's not a realistic comparison for what people will actually want to buy (especially when one of the big trim options is how far you're allowed to drive it per charge).
