- RationPhantoms 3y agoWhat about workers in other states (NY) working for a CA-based employer?
- ghaff 3y agoPresumably they would have to comply with labor laws in the state as they do today.
- jacobkg 3y agoUnclear. I first learned about this law in an article about employees potentially losing benefits by moving out of state: https://www.latimes.com/politics/story/2023-10-31/remote-workers-are-moving-out-of-california-what-benefits-and-rights-could-they-lose https://www.latimes.com/politics/story/2023-10-31/remote-wor...
