My only real experiences with tableside fire are in New Orleans. At Brennan's, we always get the Bananas Foster. It's SO GOOD, even if you don't like bananas (and I don't). At Galatoire's, do yourself a favor and enjoy Cafe Brulot for dessert, or with dessert. It's a flaming coffee cocktail prepared tableside and, as per the thread, set aflame (sometimes on the tablecloth!).
