Hasn't this always been a precarious road? With say fair use for instance. Not only that but I really wish we could just redo copyright to be more flexible but ultimately empowering the creator with conclusive licenses for others to use (like in AI, other creative work, streaming, etc.) and the creator is paid either monthly or per generated image/song.
