Besides wanting to clear out existing M1/M2 capacity, I don't there's enough M3 stock right now. I forget how many fabs TSMC has that have 3-nanometer capability, but it's gotta be low. Apple's supposedly got _all_ of TSMC's capacity[0], but I doubt it's enough.
