- Havoc 3y agoActually...no longer sure. The A55 seems to come in lower https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=ARM+Cortex-A55+4+Core+2100+MHz&id=4555 https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=ARM+Cortex-A55+4+Co... ...so something here isn't like for like comparable.
- RetroTechie 3y agoYeah I thought simplistic Cortex A72 > A55 > A53 (although the A55 is a relatively new Arm core). Perhaps differences here are caused by silicon process used for the SoC on this particular board, RAM bandwidth (or size), or some core tweaks like cache sizes? Pretty beefy for a Pi Zero sized (& priced) board though.
