Tell HN: Npmjs.com seems to be down for scoped packages
Looks like the npmjs.com registry is failing to serve many (most?) scoped packages right now. For instance https://www.npmjs.com/package/@prisma/client says "looks like something unexpected occurred! diagnostics id: 81e64be90eba9e6b_912a". And trying to `npm install` such packages times out with an error, "KV GET failed: 401 Unauthorized".

- neb_b 3y agoSeems like an issue with ~aws~ cloudflare. There are a lot of reported issues on Downdetector
- soxprox 3y agoThis is a 500 server error, would that still be cloudflare, sounds more like a npmjs server issue

- klinch 3y agoCan confirm. On a side node: How can it be that Google already indexed this thread like 1 minute after creating it? (second hit when searching for 'KV GET failed, 401')
