Zendesk has this one figured out. Look at the signup form: http://www.zendesk.com/product/pricing http://www.zendesk.com/product/pricing It appears to be only two fields. Only when you start filling out the two fields do you discover it's actually six fields (still not long, but longer than the initially perceived length).
