Sounds like you should move into sales if you want a % paid on value you help a company.
- shepherdjerred 3y agoIt just feels strange to save a company a huge sum of money (by my own initiative) and not see a penny.
- tiffanyh 3y agoFlip side, are you ok if your company docked your pay if they found you wasteful? E.g. why didn't you turn off that temp m3.xlarge instance. $X gets docked from your pay.
