I don’t really get why companies have the same person in so many roles, roles that are supposed to provide differing focus, checks and balances.
How much does a company need to suffer before a board builds enough numbers to kick out a person holding those 3 roles
- quickthrower2 3y agoMakes sense for a small enough company although this company sounds big enough for the president (COO?) to at least be differentiated. Then if there are investors you want a seperate chair?
