Elon Musk's Twitter Takeover review; billionaire is laughably grandiose at times
- aurareturn 3y ago>Interviewed at length, he is jittery, nervous and looks extremely young. He is also, in his measured way, defiant. Who are you, Roth is asked, to make this decision? “I’m no one,” he responds. “It shouldn’t be any one person’s decision” And there’s the nub of it. These people didn’t seek this power. They are essentially nerdy kids Eh... Calling Twitter's team that banned Trump just "nerdy kids" is highly offensive. Only non-nerdy people can make important decisions? I used to read The Guardian often. Now I finally see it as what it is: war-mongering, overly dramatic, anti-any-tech, very one sided reporting. Are there some good pieces? Yes. But overall, I'd stay away.
