It seems like a low bar to prove Oregon's vote by mail elections are secure. Why does it require taking the Secretary of State to court? Furthermore it is being expedited due to upcoming elections and the merit of the evidence in the case. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals isn't a conservative court so....
