Im currently using Symfony backends with Vue as frontend, works pretty well. As IDE i used VSCode but now I switched to IntelliJ Idea 2 months ago in order to try out a more “serious” IDE. The code completion and code navigation are much better but some things like quick search are slower but overall it feels more solid.
