PostgreSQL: Effective_io_concurrency benchmarked (2019)
- ako 3y agoThis is an old article from 4 years ago, testing Postgres 9.6. Have things changed? Another question: years ago we would design the tablespaces that hold the tables to use multiple datafiles on multiple disk on different io controllers, so io would be optimized. How is that for large databases these days using ssds?
