It is possible but not from a mobile, and they make it quite difficult even on a desktop/laptop.
I had a similar struggle the other day when I deactivated my Facebook page after I counted 64 ads in a row after one post from an actual human I know IRL.
I also reduce temptation to use social media apps like that by not having the apps on my phone.

- Quinzel 3y agoI wasn’t on Instagram, I don’t use Instagram. I was on Facebook, and Facebook is Full of shitty adds that I don’t need to see. Now I don’t have Instagram OR Facebook and life is genuinely much nicer without it!
