Wind power station on downland: good. Container port wiping out estuary mudflats: bad. Renewable hydropower barrage wiping out estuary mudflats: good. Destruction minus carbon equals sustainability. Exactly right. The industrialization of wild places to satisfy the luxury beliefs of coastal elites is sickening.
