  That pic came from a whole series of pics. So they certainly know who that guy was, at the least. That his pictures were being used to shock people might have shocked him, since that probably wasn't his original intention, other than for the fetish aspect of what he's doing in that picture spread. Ahem. Spread. Sorry about that.
