- roland35 3y agoHow do you communicate in real time? Even a phone call can lead to bias unfortunately (accent, name, etc). Unless you fully are anonymous it is hard to eliminate bias
- grepfru_it 3y agoWell phones have worked rather well for the past few decades. These days video calls tend to lead to rejection while phone calls leads to a successful engagement. Seems as though lack of video is more anonymous and removes the ability to judge someone based on their backdrop
